CANCELLATION POLICY

The agency, company, or individual is required to notify the hotel of any cancellations of finalized reservations by 16:00 on the date determined by calculating according to the entry date while adhering to the following periods.

· For cancellations up to 72 hours before the check-in date, there is a free cancellation right.

· For cancellations up to 48 hours before the check-in date, one night's accommodation fee will be charged.

· For cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date, 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged.

· Early check-outs are charged 100% of the first reservation's stay.

· Holiday period reservations cannot be canceled or postponed. In case of cancellation, 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged.
