CANCELLATION POLICY

The agency, company, or individual is required to notify the hotel of any cancellations of finalized reservations by 16:00 on the date determined by calculating according to the entry date while adhering to the following periods.

· From April 30, 2025, to June 30, 2025, and from September 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025:
Cancellations made up to 7 (seven) days before the check-in date have the right to a free cancellation.
For cancellations made within 7 days or fewer of the arrival date, 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged.

· From July 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025:
Cancellations made up to 14 (fourteen) days before the check-in date have the right to a free cancellation.
For cancellations made within 14 days or fewer of the arrival date, 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged.

· Early check-outs are charged 100% of the first reservation's stay.

· Holiday period reservations cannot be canceled or postponed. In case of cancellation, 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged.

· Early bookings cannot be canceled or postponed. In case of cancellation, 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged.
